Immediate Site Supervision or Full-Time Site Supervision by a Resident Engineer (RE), under direction of Qualified Person (Supervision) appointed by Project Owner, to fulfil statutory requirements of Building and Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore.

Site management by RE to ensure building works are carried out as per BCA Approved Plans.
